Exterior
Ash Tree Barns is approached via an ornate gravel driveway lined with ash trees and rows of border lavender. The entrance features a wooden gable overhang, adding a stunning touch. The surroundings are lush with greenery, well-maintained landscaping, and countryside views.
The gardens offer incredible views all around the property. The courtyard gardens feature a peaceful pond with goldfish, a large table with seating for outdoor dining, and further rattan garden seats near the hot tub for relaxing. There is also an outdoor fire pit area with seating for guests, perfect for evening gatherings, and a BBQ in the courtyard for alfresco dining.
Interior
Upon entering the main entrance, you are greeted by a bar and hosting area that features a pool table and looks out into the courtyard.
The property also includes a fully fitted commercial kitchen, ideal for preparing large meals or catering for events.
The living area includes a large dining table, multiple chairs, and sofas positioned near a cosy fireplace, ensuring comfort and warmth.
The spacious bedrooms boast high vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams and are decorated in a classic style with modern touches. Many of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms.
The bathrooms include freestanding bathtubs, open-space showers, elegant fixtures, and natural beauty.
Ash Tree Barns blends luxury with a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing getaway or team-building events. It is perfect for a peaceful escape with luxurious amenities and rustic charm, making it an ideal retreat for guests seeking serenity.
Upon entering, you walk into a large open space featuring a pool table, bar, multiple chairs, and comfortable sofas. This area offers a picturesque view of the courtyard to the rear, which showcases an elegant pond framed with roses. To the right, a corridor leads onto the commercial kitchen passing the coat room on the right.
As you continue through you enter the open lounge and dining area, which includes a cosy sitting area, two large sofas, and large dining table. There are bifold doors which open up into the courtyard which also provide access to the outdoor dining table and BBQ area.
At the far end you will find a double room with a stunning handmade four poster bed and a large en-suite bathroom accompanied by a quintessential cast iron bath.
To the left side of the barn entrance, the corridor leads onto the first spacious bedroom on the left which features another hand crafted double bed and tiled en-suite shower room. The next bedroom is the family room, which has two single beds (which can be combined together if needed) and an attached smaller room with two bunk beds providing a further four sleeping spaces. These rooms share a bathroom with a Viking-style slate bathtub, which is grand and beautifully decorated.
Along the corridor, you will find a fitness room followed by an imposing king-size bedroom coupled with an en-suite shower room.
The next bedroom features two distinctive antique single beds that can be put beside each other if required.
This room shares a bathroom with the final room, which is another generous king-size bedroom with its own toilet and a bath in the bedroom.
The shared bathroom features a double sink and separate shower and bath, allowing two people to use the facilities simultaneously. The corridor again features bi-folding doors which open up onto the seating area and jacuzzi within the courtyard.

Bedroom 4 ( is off of bedroom 3, a door between ) has 4 singles, which are bunk beds. Share a bathroom with a huge bath. So we included them as one as not total privacy from each other we refer to this as the family room.

This property offers guests exclusive use of its entire 3 acres, including an incredible barn conversion.
We can offer a meet and greet service or if you would prefer a lock box with a key provided for your own access if you are not able to check in at these times.
